Plainly
These are hotel packages. A room, plus some things that happen in or near the hotel, at a price that is less than the sum of the parts. There is nothing else going on here.
Six packages, priced per room, GST included.
Every one of them is a room rate with something added to it: dinner, a treatment, a train, a case of wine, an evening upstairs. Rates are per room per night in New Zealand dollars unless a package says otherwise, and they include GST at 15%.
Two of the six — the Cape Evening and the Long Weekend — include a gaming credit for use in the Cape Room. That credit is a fixed amount, it is loaded once, it cannot be topped up as part of the package, and it is worth saying clearly that if you never use it the package is still priced to be worth taking. It is not a hook and we would rather it did not read as one.
Packages that include anything in the Cape Room are available only to guests aged twenty years and over, and identification is checked at the door in the ordinary way. If you are travelling with someone under twenty, the rest of the package still works; that person simply does not come up the stairs.

Two Nights on the River
Two nights in an Avon Room, breakfast both mornings in the Norwester Room, and a late check-out at one in the afternoon on the second day. The simplest thing on the list and the one most people take.
One night in a Park Room, dinner for two in the Norwester Room from the full menu — three courses each, not a set list — with a bottle from the Waipara section, and breakfast in the morning. Booked for a specific evening; Friday and Saturday go early.

Two nights in an Alpine Suite with a ninety-minute treatment each at the Snowline Spa, use of the thermal suite through both days, and breakfast twice. Treatments are booked when you book the room, because the Saturday afternoons go first and they go early.
Three nights in an Avon Room with two return seats on the TranzAlpine to Arthur's Pass on the middle day, the car to the station at half past seven, a packed lunch from the kitchen because the trolley is not enough, and dinner on your return. The best day out in the South Island, and you do not drive any of it.

Three nights in a Cape Suite, breakfast every morning, a driven day in the Waipara valley with three cellar doors and lunch, dinner on one evening of your choosing, a NZ$50 gaming credit each for the Cape Room, and a case of six from the day's tasting sent to your home address anywhere in New Zealand.
The gaming element is for guests aged 20 and over. Everything else on this package is open to any age, and the wine is posted, not carried.

Cup and Show Week (early November), 27 December to 3 January, and any weekend with a stadium concert. Packages are not available on those dates at these rates, and we will tell you at the point of enquiry rather than after you have paid.

Two of the six packages include a fixed NZ$50 credit for the Cape Room. It is not a bonus, it cannot be matched, multiplied or topped up, and it does not carry any requirement to stake a further amount. It is a fixed part of a hotel package, available on the premises only, to guests aged twenty and over. If you would rather have the package without it, ask and we will price it without it — that is a normal request and nobody will be surprised by it.
Tell us which one and roughly when. Reservations will come back with the dates that work, and will say so if a plain room rate would suit you better than the package would.
